What are the settings for AI-EnglishPro Test?
Within iMocha's AI-EnglishPro, there are three key types of settings to consider. Global Settings apply across all tests, while Test-level Settings allow for customization based on the requirements of individual assessments. Additionally, you can also configure Invitation Settings while sending invitations to candidates ensuring that the testing experience aligns with the organization's objectives.
To access Global Settings,
Log in to the iMocha platform.
Click the settings icon on the top right corner of the page. Select Global Settings
You will receive a list of various changes and settings that can be configured within the platform.
Master Test Settings
It includes various settings like settings for the test, questions, display
messages, and Email.
After you create a test, specific settings are automatically configured and some settings can be customized based on the requirements.
4. Within the Test
Settings, you can change the test name, add a practice test section, and “enable
calculator” if required. Additionally, you can opt between multiple choice with
mark for review or single question formats based on your assessment goals.
5. Question settings allow you to include random questions and answers with the order automatically shuffled for each candidate to prevent cheating.
6. Display message settings allow you to set pop-up messages at the end of each section in a multi-section test, show time remaining alerts to inform candidates of their progress, and hide the timer for specific sections that contain video questions.
7. Email settings allow you to send the test report to the candidates after completing the test.
8. In proctoring settings, you can choose to configure window violation, image proctoring, and video proctoring options for the test.
Window Violation settings
Window violation is
enabled by default and triggers an alert if a candidate attempts to switch to a
different test window or leave the current test window.
Image Proctoring Settings
Image proctoring is a
process of capturing random images during the test within an interval of 20 to
40 seconds to detect any suspicious activity.
Video Proctoring Settings
Enabling video proctoring is determined at the invitation level to capture clips of any suspicious activity during the assessment.
9. Within
Report Settings, you can configure the weightage added for an English
Speaking and Writing test.
Note: For the standard question types or other technical tests that
include a few speaking and writing questions, the weightage is customizable.
However, for the standard AI-EnglishPro test covering - Listening, Speaking,
Reading, and Writing (LSRW) sections, weightage remains fixed and cannot be
modified.
10. Within Reviewer Settings, you can choose if
you want to evaluate the reports manually.
Note: Select No if you don’t want manual evaluation. If you
select yes, you will need to manually assign different reviewers to assess the
test.
Note: Ensure that you activate your settings at the global settings level as well. Follow the steps mentioned in the link below to configure global settings. https://help.imocha.io/what-are-the-settings-for-mocha-english-pro-test
Test Level Settings
To access test level settings, go to My Tests -> Settings.
To configure the settings at the test level, customize them similarly to Global Settings.
Invitation Settings
To invite candidates,
Go to the Invite tab.
Click Create New Link.
The Create New Link window appears.
If you click Email, the following window appears. You can invite up to 100 candidates to take the test.
This page will allow you to configure Access Time, Time Bound, and Slot settings. You can specify the number of attempts for auto follow-ups with candidates and set reminders for those follow-ups. Additionally, you have the option to enable or disable proctoring for a specific test.
If you click via Open Link (URL), a link will be generated that can be shared with candidates to access the test.
Note: You can configure Proctoring Settings while sharing the URL. Other settings can be configured at the individual test level.
You can either copy the test link to share with candidates or use the Send Invitations option on the platform to invite them via Email.
You have now successfully configured three different levels of test settings for an AI-EnglishPro assessment.
